Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received the proposal from B that “if a contact with an insurance company by making a physical contact with an out-of-the-counter vehicle and falsely filing a false report to the insurance company, the unrepaired repair proceeds will occur, which is one’s own melting vehicle, and divided one half of the agreed amount,” and agreed that C “I would make a false report so that it can be accepted in an existing flag because it has been damaged by a bent vehicle.” As such, B and C intended to report to the insurance company and receive the insurance proceeds, as if the actual accident occurred.

Around 22:32 on June 28, 201, the Defendant and C set up and reported the insurance at the Drenck's front parking lot at the Prenck of Pakistan, setting up a part of the existing damage of the E UAD car and Fbenz car owned by B, which was ordinarily driven by B, and called the victim Dong-dong Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. to the victim Dong-dong Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., and was parked while leaving the parking lot.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with B and C, by deceiving the victim, obtained 5,000,000 won from the victim under the pretext of the repair cost of the benz vehicle (unwritten agreement) on July 7, 2011, and acquired it by fraud.
