A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2018, at around 00:08, the Defendant collected the victim’s face on the front side of the E, based on the glass cup (8cm in length, 7cm in diameter) that was a dangerous object on the side table table of the E, among the main points of the operation of the victim C (n, 34 years old) located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu. At around 00:08, the Defendant took up the victim’s face on the front side of the E, while speakinging for the dispute between the Defendant and the Defendant.

As a result, the Defendant collected a dangerous glass cup, which is an object, and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as an open room to view that the victim requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
