Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who had five rooms with the trade name of “D” on the first floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and had five rooms for a female employee E, F, etc., and operated a business of “kisc book” under the inner name.
The defendant had sexual traffic women find the above key room and received 60,000 won in return, and 40,000 won out of them paid to sexual traffic women and distributed the remaining 20,000 won in the way of the defendant.
On July 5, 2013, the Defendant received 60,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts from customers G from the above businesses around 19:30 on July 5, 2013, and directed them to the guest rooms of two times. In addition, the Defendant: (a) ordered sexual traffic women E to engage in the act of similarity in a manner of causing the scambling of G’s sexual organ by hand; (b) from April 2013 to August 27, 2013, the Defendant received money from customers whose names cannot be known by the above methods and ordered them to do the act of similarity, E, F, etc., in exchange for money from them.
Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. From the end of April 2013 to the end of August 27, 2013, Defendant B aided and abetted the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. by facilitating the crime described in paragraph (1) of the above Article by allowing a customer to attend the said establishment to receive fees if he/she works as an employee at the said establishment and guide him/her to the room when he/she enters the establishment.
