Punishment of the crime

On April 5, 2018, at around 17:10 on April 17, 2018, the Defendant was under investigation by the Dongjak Police Station C District District located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as domestic violence, and the entrance entrance of the said district was cut off by drinking, and the Defendant was cut off by drinking a plate in the status of Aluminium located in the wall, and damaged it to the extent that the repair cost is equivalent to 1.50,000 won.
