1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) The Local Housing Association Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Promotion Committee”) between the Plaintiff and C District Housing Association Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Promotion Committee”).

(A) The project of apartment of the district housing association (hereinafter referred to as the “instant project”) in the manner of the regional housing association (tentatively named) in the Nowon-gu Eth of the Jeonjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2) The purpose of this contract is to provide PM (project plan and management) services to the Plaintiff in relation to the apartment project of a regional housing association, including administrative services and consultation on the project of a regional housing association, financing for the promotion of the project, and establishment of a financing plan. The purpose of this contract is to provide the Plaintiff (tentatively named) with all administrative services, such as authorization and permission services, and to provide PM (project plan and management) services so that the Plaintiff can be successful in the project by carrying out practical advice for the promotion of the project. Article 3 (Scope of Services) 1) The scope of services to the Plaintiff’s implementation is as follows: (a) the securing of project sites; (b) the implementation of design and authorization procedures; (c) the consultation on installation of obstacles within the district; (d) the removal of obstacles and consultation on the project; (e) the management and consultation on the project of a new housing association; and (e) the consultation on the project with the committee of promoters 16 (1) the project of this case; and (e) the details of the project related to the project.
