1. The Defendant’s KRW 800,000,000 as well as 6% per annum from May 25, 2017 to January 11, 2018 to the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts
A. The Defendant is an agent with the Committee for Promotion of the Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “instant project”), which is the implementer of the D Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “instant project”) in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, a company conducting real estate sales agency business, etc., and with the Committee for Promotion of the D Regional Housing Association (hereinafter “instant project”), to take charge of various kinds of authorization and permission related to the instant project, purchase of sites, recruitment of association members, etc.
B. On January 13, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant (hereinafter “instant contract”).
The defendant, the agent agent of the apartment project of the district housing association, the plaintiff et al. and the plaintiff et al., who are the agent of the project management and the agent of the project shall enter into a service contract as follows:
Article 1 [Purpose of Contract] The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the smooth promotion of the project and successful completion of the project concerned by supporting the professional project planning, consultation, etc. by the plaintiff to perform the PM affairs of the said regional housing association or apartment project.
Article 2 [Scope of Business] Upon entering into this Agreement, the Defendant shall carry out the PM for the subject matter as follows and shall grant the rights and obligations to the Plaintiff.
(h) Article 3 [Good Faith] of the service affairs necessary for consultation on the overall project of the future, the financing of project costs (diversified forms, such as investment, loan, etc.) and the selection of a contractor seeking business promotion plans, the selection of a sales agency, the selection of a sales agency, the selection of a removal agency, and other services related to the project, shall be provided between the defendant and the plaintiff for the relevant PM affairs.
(3) The plaintiff shall establish and implement the best strategy for promoting the objectives of business and shall closely consult with the defendant.
Article 4 [PM service charges] (1) The service charges shall be 1.5 million won per household under the apartment contract of the relevant project.
