Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On October 22, 2013, around 22:20, the Defendant driven approximately 10k section from the Busan Jung-dong to the entrance of the apartment of the Taedong-dong Dajdong-dong, Busan, without a car driver’s license.
B. On November 25, 2014, around 00:0, the Defendant driven a vehicle without a driver’s license for a total of 338 occasions from September 30, 2014 to November 28, 2014, in the area of about 40km for a vehicle without a driver’s license, from around 338 minutes from around 00:0 to November 28, 2014, to a more than 975 km in the Jin-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
2. Illegal uttering of official documents;
A. On October 22, 2013, around 22:38, the Defendant: (a) failed to operate signal at the entrance of the apartment of the “slock apartment” on the road of the Busan Seo-gu Seodong-dong, Busan, which was requested by the guard and traffic of the Busan Seo-gu Police Station; (b) rejected the official document by presenting the driver’s license under the name of the E in the taxi as the Defendant’s driver’s license.
B. On November 2, 2014, around 06:40, the Defendant: (a) received a gambling report within the “G Office” located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; and (b) received a request from a policeman at the H District of the Busan Jung-gu Police Station H District to present an identification card; (c) subsequently, the Defendant denied official document by presenting the driver’s license under the name of Jung-gu, which was sent in the taxi as the Defendant’s driver’s license.
3. On November 2, 2014, around 06:50 on November 2, 2014, the Defendant, at the office of the “H District of the Busan Central Police Station in Busan Central District, the Busan Central Police Station,” voluntarily, was investigated, making it clear that he had been under suspension of execution due to the accident in the case of an accident involving gambling, and stated “E” at the end of the voluntary written consent for happiness.
