Defendant

A is a spawning distributor who engages in the business of collecting and selling edible eggs in the trade name of "C (15 million won monthly sales)" in subparagraph 1 of the Busan Suwon-gu B commercial building.

According to the standards for labeling of livestock products (Public Notice on the Safety of Food and Drug Products) and the standards for labeling shall not be sold, or processed, packaged, stored, transported, or displayed for the purpose of sale unless the standards are indicated. However, around October 31, 2016, livestock products sold to “C” any column without any labeling of livestock products, such as “the date of distribution, the name of the producer, the name of the seller, the location of the manufacturer, the name of the product, the volume of the product, and other labeling,” at least 453,450, such as “the name of the manufacturer, the name of the seller, the quantity of the product, and other labeling,” and sold to “D” any column 2,370, 450, without any labeling of livestock products until January 31, 2017.
