Some of the facts charged were corrected.

The Defendant is a spawning distributor who engages in the business of collecting and selling edible eggs under the trade name of “C” in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.

No livestock products determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Food and Drug Safety shall be sold, or processed, packaged, stored, transported or displayed for sale, unless they are marked in accordance with the standards.

Nevertheless, around September 30, 2016, the Defendant sold KRW 440,00 in total amount of KRW 186,300 in the column of column 3,300 in the column of column 3,300 without any indication in accordance with the standards for labeling livestock products, such as “the distribution deadline, the name of the producer, the name of the seller, the location of the product, the product name, the content quantity, and other indication matters,” at least packaging units, from that time until February 13, 2017, from that time to February 13, 2017, the Defendant sold KRW 37,325,00 in total without any indication in accordance with the standards for labelling livestock products.
