1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 492,579,525 as well as KRW 184,767,753 from May 18, 2020 to August 14, 2020.

The facts in the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be recognized with the overall purport of the pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of the loan principal of KRW 492,579,525 and the principal of KRW 184,767,753, the following day from May 18, 2020 to August 14, 2020, the delivery date of the payment order of this case, 6% per annum under the Commercial Act, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
