1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 42,683,940 and KRW 39,763,598 from July 16, 2020 to the day of full payment.

The facts in the attached Form of the judgment on the cause of the claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged with the overall purport of the pleadings in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of interest and interest on the loan of KRW 42,683,940, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 24% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from July 16, 2020 to the date of full payment, with respect to KRW 39,763,598, which is the principal.

2. The defendant's assertion that the defendant cannot accept the plaintiff's claim since the defendant filed a petition for bankruptcy, but the fact that the defendant filed a petition for bankruptcy cannot block the plaintiff's claim. Thus, the defendant's assertion is not accepted.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
