1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a social service worker who works in the Busan Jung-gu B community service center.

Social service personnel shall not leave their post or not serve in the field concerned for a total period of eight days or more without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from October 31, 2016 to November 3, 2016, deserted 11, the same month, the 14th day of the same month, the 15th day of the same month, the 25th day of the same month, the 28th day of the same month, the 30th day of the same month, the 29th day of December, 1, 2016, the 2th day of the same month, the 5th day of the same month, the 6th day of the same month, and the 7th day of the same month without justifiable grounds.
