Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2014, at around 15:25, the Defendant committed assault against the victim C (the age of 43) on the part of the victim, who was getting off from the line 5 lines in the Shindong Station in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the line 6 lines, who was going to the front of the Defendant, in a dispute with the Defendant. On the part of the 6 lines transfer platform, the Defendant blicked the victim on two occasions at the inside of the victim’s inner part from the 6 lines transfer platform, and boomed the victim’s flick.
