Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 22, 2016, the Defendant, at the Seoul Western District Court, sentenced three months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern Southern Detention Center on January 10, 2017.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
A. On April 9, 2019, the Defendant purchased Handphones from April 14:20 to 14:40 on April 9, 2019, the Defendant received and purchased 7:50,000 won to E and 3 Handphones within the passenger car volume of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle located in Gumi-si B.
B. On April 9, 2019, the Defendant, at the time and place described in paragraph (1) of Article 1, administered 0.07 g of phiphones in the manner of injecting them into laps using a single-use injection device.
C. Around 18:00 on April 11, 2019, the Defendant administered philophones by means of infecting 0.07g of philophones purchased, such as paragraph 1(a), from G night toilets located in Gangwon-gu, Yangwon-gun F.
On August 15, 2019, the Defendant administered a philophone medication by means of injecting approximately 0.07g of philophones using a single-use injection device on August 15, 2019, while the Defendant was working as a guest in the Hocheon-si Hamel I around 08:00.
E. On August 15, 2019, the Defendant, holding philophones, possessed a single injection device containing approximately 0.45g philophones, around 20:55 on August 15, 2019.
2. Around April 17, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) provided a gender relationship by paying KRW 100,000 to L who is a female introduced from Jmomoas K and E.
