1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for KRW 74,498,574 and KRW 74,377,89 among them. From July 15, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. On April 13, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into the instant lease agreement and the instant secondary lease agreement with Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Co., Ltd.”) on each of the movables listed in the attached list (hereinafter “the instant lease”) as follows. Around that time, the Plaintiff handed over the instant lease to Defendant A.

[1] The first lease contract (Contract Number: C) 1 main unit, presses (SC-250) 1 unit, presses (SC-250) 71,00,000 unit and 25% per annum on monthly lease interest rate of 6.9% per annum for 36 months lease period of 36 months. The second lease contract (Contract Number: D) 1 unit, presses (NCP-200) 1 unit, presses (SC-160) 1 unit, presses (SC-200) 1 unit, presses (SC-200) 1 unit, presses (D-250) 1 unit 1 unit 1 unit , presses (SS-250-P-1), 1 unit 1 unit 1 unit , 40% annual lease interest rate of 206, 250% per annum 206, 360% lease interest rate of 20% per annum 256% per annum.

B. Defendant B and Csatom jointly and severally guaranteed Defendant A’s obligation to the Plaintiff according to the instant lease agreement.

C. From July 2017, Defendant A did not pay the lease fee to the Plaintiff. The amount of debt under the instant lease agreement with Defendant A as of July 14, 2017 is as listed below.
