1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. Ulsan-gu H village has been located in Ulsan-gu, U.S., and about 10 residents residing in the above village jointly raise funds and purchase about 84,298 square meters of J-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S. from I around October 1948 and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the network K, R, L, net M, and network N. On July 26, 1971, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in accordance with the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Forest Land (repealed by Act No. 9143, Dec. 19, 2008) under the name of O, P, and R.

B. On October 11, 1999, the said land was divided into 82,079 square meters of J-owned Forest and R-owned Forest and 2,219 square meters of land, and around that time, the said R-owned forest was transferred to the Republic of Korea due to the acquisition of public land consultation.

Since then, on December 5, 2014, the aforementioned J-based 82,079 square meters were divided into 25,874 square meters of J-based 25,874 square meters of land, R-based 2,219 square meters of land, 6,612 square meters of land, T-based 9,918 square meters of land, U-based 39,675 square meters of land.

(hereinafter referred to as the “instant forest” in total, including 82,079 square meters of forest land divided as above.

The defendant is a non-corporate body established through an ordinary general meeting held on February 15, 2014 for the purpose of keeping the Dong from H village and managing the Dong branch, and disposing and managing the forest land of this case.

The main contents of the defendant's bylaws pertaining to this case are as follows.

Section 1 (Name) This Section shall be referred to as the “G Dong-dong Council”.
