A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

4. On January 17, 2018, around 11:05, the Defendant received and kept a copy of “L” located on the 2nd floor, Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and a physical card (O) connected to the N’s bank account from M from M, and M is a P bank under the name of the Defendant’s custody.
