Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a worker belonging to “B” and the victim C is a person who requested a building work for mushroom cultivation to “B”.

On April 21, 2020, at around 11:30, the Defendant cut off the building using the gara in order to create a team team for mushroom cultivation warehouse at C’s request by the Gong. In order to create a team for mushroom cultivation warehouse, the Defendant cut the building using the gara.

In such cases, due care should be taken to ensure that the flames generated from the work of the person do not move to another place.
