Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on December 29, 201, the Defendant moved to the place of residence from the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu B apartment 201 Dong 1408 to 102 Dong-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu 102 Dong 204.

In such cases, the members of the homeland reserve forces shall report the relocation of their residence to the competent Dong office.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was registered unknown on February 23, 2012 because he/she failed to report his/her place of residence move in order to prevent the delivery of a call notice for a reserve force education and training without justifiable grounds.

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
