A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Where the defendant is a worker for day duty and has moved his/her place of residence to the members of the homeland reserve forces belonging to Incheon, he/she shall file a report on his/her place of residence with the competent Dong office

Nevertheless, on February 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) moved from the domicile of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu CBB (B) Dong 301 (DB); and (b) failed to report the move of the homeland reserve forces to prevent delivery of the notice of call-up for the training of homeland reserve forces without justifiable grounds; and (c) thereby, registered the domicile of the Defendant on July 16, 2012.
