1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: KRW 11,875,00 and 5% per annum from February 3, 2015 to February 4, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 7, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a subcontract with the Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”) for construction works for remodeling of the main floor in Pyeongtaek-si D (Gu) E Hospital (hereinafter “instant hospital”) from October 7, 2013 to November 30, 2013, the construction period of which is KRW 215,00,000 for the total construction cost (excluding value-added tax), and subsequently entered into a subcontract with the Plaintiff to pay an additional amount of KRW 60,000,000 for the construction cost of electrical construction (such as electric poles and diskettes) and public toilets construction works.
(hereinafter “instant remodelling project”).
B. On October 7, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a subcontract with Defendant B for construction period of the extension work of the funeral hall of the instant hospital from October 7, 2013 to November 30, 2013, with respect to the total construction cost of KRW 350,000,000 (excluding value-added tax).

C. On May 29, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a subcontract (200,000,000) with Defendant B on the construction cost for the new construction of a pharmacy building on the land of Pyeongtaek-si.

Since then, the instant remodeling project was almost completed around June 2014, and the instant funeral home construction project was discontinued around December 2013, and the instant funeral home construction project was suspended around July 2014, respectively.
E. Meanwhile, from October 23, 2013 to August 11, 2014, the sum of KRW 402,50,000 was deposited in the name of Defendant B or Defendant medical corporation C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) under the name of the Plaintiff’s bank account (Account Number G).
