A and E requested BEARW to transport forged “BEPAW” 12 Liberts (320 OEPAW) ordered by a single-person F in China and Seoul not more than Seoul to a single-person who is a smuggling to bring in the Republic of Korea.

G, upon receipt of such a request, brought 52 boxes in the state of being concealed in containers such as 626 boxes imported by I located in Gangseo-gu Busan, for daily living, which is 626 boxes imported by others, including BEPAW 12 boxes.

Accordingly, in collusion with E, Defendant A imported the BEPAW as different goods by reporting the product cost of KRW 1,500,000, wholesale price of KRW 2,442,97.

B. Defendant A violating the Trademark Act in collusion with E on September 16, 2010, refers to “L” and “M”, which is an Internet shopping mall selling counterfeit products.
