E-Defendant F is the co-operator of “I” in the Dong-gu Gwangju Metropolitan City Htel, and Defendant A is the co-operator of “I” in the above “I”’s joint operator’s interest to import and sell counterfeit products. Defendant D and Defendant C are the assistant in the smuggling import and sale of the above I’s counterfeit products. Defendant A and Defendant C are the assistant in the above “I”, and Defendant G and Defendant B are the responsibility to supply goods of “I” and “J”, respectively.

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant E, Defendant A, Defendant F, and Defendant G

(a) Any person who violates the Customs Act (sealed) shall, when he/she intends to import any goods, file a report thereon with the head of the relevant customs office;

On April 2014, the Defendants jointly operated the above "I" as the 'I' chain of the business of importing and selling counterfeit products in the influence of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, and conspired to import and sell counterfeit products in Korea by taking charge of supply in China, domestic sales and financing management, Defendant E, Defendant A and Defendant F, domestic sales, and Defendant C’s dispatch and computer management, respectively.
