Punishment of the crime

The head of a child-care center or infant-care teacher shall not allow any third person to perform the duties of the head of a child-care center or infant-care teacher, or lend his/her license to any third person

Nevertheless, on October 14, 2013, the Defendant is working as the principal of the above child care center in the Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, as the principal of the child care center.

From October 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013, as a result of the suspension of the principal's qualification, the above child care teacher D requested that the above child care teacher be registered as the principal of the above child care center, and lent the name so that it can be registered as the principal of the child care center.

D On October 14, 2013, the above child-care center was registered as the principal of the above child-care center and the defendant lent the above child-care center's principal license to the principal, and the defendant provided the above child-care center with services such as counseling for the child-care, education, cooking, and child-care.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not the director of the above C Child Care Center, the defendant used the name of C Child Care Center.
