Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaged in the victim B and the bicycle racing forecast sales business, and is a competitor's employee relationship.

On September 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around the entrance of pedestrians of the Red Sea Sea Bicycle Sheet, which was located in 721, a luminous-ro 721 at the time of light lighting around 10:0 on September 13, 2015, on the ground that the Defendant was engaged in competitive business for the victim to check and sell a brush to her side and sell a bicycle forecast, and (b) entered the victim’s brush, and passing along the distance, against unspecified customers.
