A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed the following crimes under the conditions that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions by dividing the spirit of editing:

1. On March 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the Victim C’s damage in amounting to KRW 227,440,00 in repair cost by cutting off the glass window behind the vehicle, which was parked at the same time, on the front day of light lighting around 06:00.

2. Around 06:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) laid a stone at the front of G when lighting the same day; and (b) destroyed the Defendant’s h1 ton of the victim F owned by the victim F, thereby damaging the repair cost of KRW 320,000 in front of the truck.

3. Around 06:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) laid a stone in front of G when lighting the same day; and (b) destroyed the Defendant’s 1 ton of the victim I’s J 1, which was parked therein, so that the amount equivalent to KRW 150,000 for repair costs would be damaged by shouldering the front glass of the cargo vehicle owned by the victim I.

4. Around 06:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) caused damage to the Defendant’s company by gathering stone from the front G in light of 06:30 on the same day; and (b) destroying the repair cost of KRW 200,000 by shouldering the back glass of the Victim K5 taxi owned by the Victim K company.

5. Around 06:35 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) laid fluort around the pre-factory run by the victim M in N at the time of light lighting; and (b) destroyed two glass windows with which the market price is unknown.

6. Around 06:53 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) laid off 721 U.S. Mai-ro 721 U.S. Mai Red Sea Bicycle Sheet; and (b) destroyed the repair cost of QT P’s front glass window, which the P parked, in light of the same day, 320,000 won.

7. Around 06:53 on the same day, the Defendant destroyed that the amount of repair cost of KRW 447,700 is KRW 447,70,00, by cutting off the upper glass window for QM5 passenger cars parked by the victim R, while cutting off the sidewalk jum on the front side of the Defendant’s off-line bicycle parking lot of the same light name on the same day.

8. The Defendant shall block the news report at the front bicycle parking lot of the Red Sea, on the same day, around 06:53.
