A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In the situation of 14:59:57 of the same day by submitting an order to purchase 4,100 Won 2,90 through the account in the name of K of the branch office in the name of the borrowed account and submitting an order to purchase 4,100 Won 2,875 won for the expected conclusion of the contract, etc., and submitting repeatedly the order to purchase high value and to reduce the volume until 14:59:57 of the same day.
