Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a doctor who operates the “C Council member” from the 2nd floor of Gangnam-si.

On July 4, 2009, the Defendant prepared a medical record as if D visited the above Council member and received medical treatment, even though D had not actually received medical treatment due to a holiday of detailed identification, etc. from the above Council member on July 4, 2009.

On August 3, 2009, the Defendant claimed and received KRW 9,760 as a medical care benefit cost under the name of the victim, based on the aforementioned false medical care details, and from this point to September 1, 2010, the Defendant acquired KRW 10,85,530 as a sum of 10,85,530 as the medical care benefit cost under the name of the victim, as shown in the attached list of crimes, even though the Defendant did not actually received medical care by using the list of 12 persons related to relationship with the Defendant, such as relatives, relatives, employees, etc., such as D, E, F, etc., who had a relationship with the Defendant.
