Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a physician who operated the “D Council member” in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon from June 2008 to January 2012.

In operating the above D Council members, when the Defendant entered the details of medical treatment for patients into the computer system using the computer in the center room, employees applied for medical care benefits by transmitting the details of medical treatment that the Defendant entered into to the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service via the computer computer system as above, and accordingly, used the fact that the Defendant received medical care benefits from the National Health Insurance Corporation (hereinafter “victim”) which is the victim. As such, the Defendant attempted to receive medical care benefits from the victim by falsely inputting the details of medical treatment as if the medical treatment was provided to those patients who did not actually receive medical treatment.

On August 25, 2008, the Defendant entered the details of medical care as if he provided medical treatment to E, a patient who did not actually receive a computer computer system, in the above hospital room, and received 10,450 won as a medical care benefit during the same month by applying for medical care benefits to the Victim’s Service on September 2, 2008. From that time to May 30, 201, the Defendant received 12,329,040 won in total from the victim by falsely inputting the medical care benefit amounting to 12,329,040 as shown in the crime list from that time to May 30, 201.
