1. The Defendant imposed charges for installing waste disposal facilities of KRW 24,727,655,532 on the Plaintiff on October 8, 2010.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On December 11, 2006, the Plaintiff is a project developer designated as the housing site development business entity of Samyang-si District, Goyang-si District, Goyang-dong District, Goyang-dong, Goyangyang-dong, and Goyang-dong, and the details of the said district are as follows. The details of the said district are as follows: 1,178,000 square meters of 1,190,000 square meters of 1,190,287,000 square meters of 1,287,000 square meters of 59,729 (22,126 households), 21,094 (7,930 households), 22,672 (8,524 households), 22,879 (8,601), and 601 square meters of 1,600 square meters of 1,190,000 square meters of 1,287,000 square meters of 29 (26 households)

B. On October 8, 2010, the Defendant issued a notice of imposition of charges for installing waste disposal facilities (e.g., incineration facilities and food waste disposal facilities) with the Plaintiff’s use as the site for incineration facilities, as the site for incineration facilities, and 18,422 square meters of land designated as the site for biomass (hereinafter “instant waste disposal facilities site”) designated as the site for food waste disposal facilities (hereinafter “instant waste disposal facilities site”) to the Plaintiff on October 8, 2010. The Defendant paid the expenses for installing waste disposal facilities (e.g., incineration facilities and food waste disposal facilities) within each of the said districts and notified the Plaintiff of imposition of charges for installing waste disposal facilities (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

In lieu of providing a site in lieu of providing a site for 8,711,83,500 lots for expenses for the installation of facilities for purchasing food waste in a project district, expenses for the installation of facilities for the purchase of sites for food waste disposal facilities, expenses for the installation of sites for the installation of facilities, expenses for purchase of sites, and expenses for the provision of sites for 5,58,894,983,270,2728,4838,4831,963,335,3585,040,093.
