1. Defendant A
(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;
(b)Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final.

Defendant
A on August 16, 2012, a person who was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and three years of suspended execution in the Busan District Court for fraud and was finally decided on August 24, 2012.

However, in fact, the Defendants did not have any intent or ability to repay money even if they borrowed money from the victims due to the absence of any specified income and the cumulative damage.
As such, the Defendants were issued KRW 26 million in total over 11 times from around that time to May 25, 2009, as shown in the list of crimes, including deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 1 million from the victim.
