1. All of the plaintiffs' lawsuits against the defendants are dismissed.
2. The costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by C (D).
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Each of the real estates listed in the separate sheet 2 and 4 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estates”) is unregistered land.
B. According to the land cadastre and co-ownership list of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 list, each of the above real estate is indicated as having been registered for transfer of ownership on August 29, 1930 to I, J, K, K, L, L, M, N,O, P, Q, Q, R, and T (hereinafter the above co-owners are referred to as "I and eleven others for convenience").
However, the list No. 2 No. 7 of the attached list No. 7 is that the "V", not the "T", is entered as the owner in the public land ledger of the Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
C. Meanwhile, according to the land cadastre and co-ownership list of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4, each of the above real estate is indicated as having been registered for transfer of ownership on September 3, 1930 to I, J, K, K, L, M, N,O, P, Q, Q, R, and T (hereinafter the above co-owners are referred to as “I and Ten persons”) for convenience.
Plaintiff
The Class A has paid taxes, such as property tax, on each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2, while the plaintiff B has paid each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 4.

2. The plaintiffs' claim
A. The plaintiff's argument during the plaintiff's clan A is the clan of which the plaintiff's 19-year-old X was a joint ancestor and is comprised of descendants.
Attached Form
Each real estate recorded in the list 2 was assessed against Y on March 8, 1913, and around August 1930, Plaintiff A entered into a title trust agreement with I and 11 members of the clan with respect to each of the above real estate, and completed the title transfer registration on August 29, 1930 in the name of 1/12 of I and 11.
After that, on November 4, 2016, Plaintiff A expressed his/her intention to terminate the above title trust agreement. The Defendants listed in the attached Form 3 inheritance shares table, I and 11 successors, are limited to Plaintiff A, among others, due to the termination of the above title trust.
