Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. 점유이탈물횡령 피고인은 2014. 9. 11. 16:00경 청량리발 천안행 제671전동차가 천안역 정차 중일 때, 피해자 C가 천안역에 하차하면서 깜빡하고 같은 열차 진행방향 뒤에서 3번째 칸 노약자석 옆 좌석 위에 피해품인 지갑을 놓아둔 것을 보았다.

At this time, the Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as reporting to nearby police stations or persons related to the station, carried it with the intent of acquisition, and embezzled possession of stolen objects by using 12,00 won in total of market prices, such as 10,000 won in the market price owned by the victim, 2,000 won in cash, 2,000 won in cash in the market price of the victim, 2,000 won in the MG Saemaul Fund C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-

2. On September 11, 2014, from around 16:06 to 16:07 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the Victim C by suggesting that he/she was his/her card, and making payment by suggesting that he/she was his/her card on two occasions at the E convenience store located in Yong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) by deceiving the Defendant of the amount equivalent to KRW 3,000 in the market price of KRW 43,000 in the aggregate of the market price of KRW 40,000 in the amount of tobacco (ESES SPE SPALALGLD) and tobacco (ES GEN LENF) equivalent to KRW 40,00 in the market price.

At around 16:25 on the same day, the Defendant continued to receive KRW 1,800 from the Defendant by using the same card as above, and received KRW 28,00 of the market price.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims three times in total, received property worth KRW 71,00 in total at the market price.

3. The Defendant attempted to commit fraud, around September 11, 2014, by presenting the victim C’s NH C C C C’s cke card embezzled from the above E point of view as his/her card, and by deceiving him/her as if he/she was his/her card, and to receive one smoke of tobacco (ESE) equivalent to KRW 40,000 at the market price.
