Punishment of the crime

The defendant A is the representative director of the defendant corporation B, who is the defendant corporation in Ansan-si C 302, and the defendant corporation B is a corporation that registered the construction business on February 12, 2007 for the purpose of construction business. A

Defendant A is subject to the disposition of business suspension for four months from October 6, 2009 to February 18, 2010 by Defendant B, which he/she operates, and thus, he/she shall not participate in a bid during the period of business suspension.

Nevertheless, on November 24, 2009, the Defendant participated in the bidding of the foregoing E-Financial Cooperative branch's apartment remodeling project ordered by the E-Financial Cooperative branch located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, 2009, thereby hindering the construction and supervision committee's selection of construction and supervision committee's work to implement the above housing remodeling project through a deceptive scheme.

B. On December 4, 2009, Defendant A entered into a contract for remodeling construction works with the said Gyeonggi-do Branch of the Association and entered into a remodeling project agreement with Defendant A.

A amended, on March 11, 2010, one copy of the contract for remodeling works, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, by modifying the date of commencement of the contract for remodeling works, from the date of completion to the date of February 20, 2010, from the date of completion to the date of February 11, 2009, from the date of completion to the date of February 10, 2010, and from the date of completion to the date of February 4, 2009, respectively.

C. Defendant A visited on March 3, 2010, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, 288 Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, 288, for the purpose of utteringing altered private documents.

As stated in paragraph (d), a modified remodeling project contract was held by submitting it to the employee of the above Gu office who is unaware of the circumstances.

Defendant A violated the Framework Act on the Construction Industry, as of October 6, 2009, was subject to the disposition of business suspension for four months from October 19, 2009 to February 18, 2010.
