A, B, and C shall be punished by each fine of KRW 500,00,00, Defendant D, and E by each fine of KRW 1,00,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
A. On October 8, 2010, Defendant A filed a false report on the resident registration with the head of the Hdong office at the Hdong Office of Suwon-gu, Suwon District Court on October 14, 2010, when Defendant A, a lessor of real estate in real estate regarding the housing located within the said area, failed to reside in the F of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon District Court for auction on October 8, 2010, stating that Defendant A was the F of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, and submitted the resident registration transfer report to the head of the above Hdong office.
B. Although Defendant B did not reside in the F of Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the real estate lessor, on October 8, 2010, Defendant B, who was selected as an auction by the Suwon District Court on the housing located within the said area, submitted to the head of the office of the said Hdong office a false statement on October 12, 2010, stating that Defendant B was about 101 of the F of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the transfer report was filed with the head of the said Hdong office on the resident registration.
C. Although Defendant C did not reside in the F of Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the real estate lessor, on October 8, 2010, Defendant C, who was selected as an auction by the Suwon District Court on the housing located within the said area, submitted to the head of the office of the said Hdong office a false statement on October 12, 2010, stating that Defendant C’s transfer of resident registration was about 102 the F of Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the transfer of resident registration was filed with the head of the said Hdong office, and filed a false statement on the resident registration.
D. Defendant E, in collusion with Defendant D, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C, the lessor of real estate regarding the housing in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, who was auctioned by the Suwon District Court on October 8, 2010, in collusion with Defendant D, Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C, who had the said Defendants not resided in the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and had the said Defendants visit the Hdong Office in the Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and agreed to the transfer address column.
