Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant from around 19:00 of the same day to around 19:50 of the same day, wear a string at the site of the above assembly and maintain a string at around 19:50 of the same day.
