A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:00 on June 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the instant singing practice room operated by the victim D in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) demanded the victim to provide beer care; and (c) the victim refuses to sell alcoholic beverages in a singing practice room on the ground that the sale of alcoholic beverages is illegal; (d) the Defendant again demanded the victim to submit three diseases per week to be provided by the victim; and (e) the Defendant used singing practice room for about three hours.

Therefore, when the victim demanded the payment of the fee for using singing machines equivalent to KRW 90,00,00, the defendant taken the face of beer who had been in possession of a cell phone, and then sent this photograph to 112 that "I would not have sold the beer and be able to do so.
