Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On August 19, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license on August 23:37, 2020, and proceeded at a speed of about 50km per hour from the new am to the new knife Station, along the two-lane road from the new amnife to the new amnife Station.
