Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 2018, the Defendant, while living together with the Victim B (V, 49 years old), was able to assist the Defendant in lending money to the Victim B (V, and 8 years old), was living together with his her son, and was living separately on August 2019 due to the violent nature of the Defendant, the victim B’s husband, and the divorce lawsuit with her husband, etc., and then the victim B was able to escape from the Defendant and not have been living well, and was able to use money to the victim B.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A.
