1. Defendant C shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 76,921,232 as well as KRW 75,00,000 among them, from August 21, 2014 to the day of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. (F through November 1, 2012, changed from F to the current trade name; hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company conducting real estate education, publication, e-learning service business, etc.

From October 14, 2009 to May 29, 2014, Defendant C served as a representative director and an intra-company director of the Defendant Company, and Defendant D served as a representative director of the Defendant Company from August 26, 2010 to December 18, 2014, and Defendant C served as the representative director of the Defendant Company from April 1, 201 to December 18, 2014. Defendant E is an intra-company director of the Defendant Company from November 1, 2012 to April 1, 2014, and is in office as the representative director of the Defendant Company from April 1, 2014 to the date.

From March 30, 2010, the Plaintiff was registered as an auditor of the Defendant Company from March 30, 2010.
