Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 18, 2019, the Defendant forged a private document: (a) at the office of “C” operated by the Defendant on B 1st floor, in the name column of the applicant for the pre-use inspection using a computer, “D” in the column of “D”, “E (in the underground) and “D” in the applicant column; and (b) arbitrarily created it after printing it out in the applicant column.

D’s seal affixed a seal on the side of the D name, and written in the column for acceptance of a short line guidance, “D” and “D” in the column for address, and kept at will after printing it out.

D’s seal affixed a seal on the side of the D’s name and forged a request for pre-use inspection of private documents in the name of D for the purpose of uttering.

2. On November 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at the same place as the above-mentioned paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant: (b) contained a request for pre-use inspection of the false name D; (c) sent a short line to a person in charge of the fact of forgery via the Internet; and (d) carried out the said investigation document by sending it to the person in charge of the fact of forgery among the Korean power units with no knowledge of the forgery.

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes to report criminal investigations, including a written complaint filed by the police on the defendant's legal statement D, a written request for pre-use inspection, a simple guidance, confirmation, and an investigation report;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
