【Criminal Facts】

1. On January 3, 2019, around January 3, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the Defendant’s home located in Hanam-si, stating that “The Defendant will send the gift certificates to the Plaintiff in the form of registration, if he deposits money first.”

However, in fact, the defendant did not have an intent or ability to send merchandise coupons even if he received money from the victim, because he was planned to receive money from the victim to use it for an individual purpose, and did not have merchandise coupons.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, acquired KRW 950,00 from the victim to the deposit account in the name of the Defendant in the name of the bank under the name of the Defendant for the sales proceeds of merchandise coupons.

2. On January 7, 2019, the Defendant entered the Defendant’s house located in Hanam-si, Hanam-si, into the Internet goods transaction site CD car page, which is an Internet goods transaction site, and made a false statement on the Defendant’s entry into F in contact with the victim, stating that “The Plaintiff will first deposit money, and send the gift certificates to the department store as a registration.”

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim, and thereby, KRW 282,00 from the victim to the bank account in the name of the defendant for the sales proceeds of merchandise coupons.
