When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to temporarily use a mountainous district for a crime committed as a patrolman on October 2014, such as a forest road, work road, forest product transportation road, mountain trails, mountain trails, search roads, or any other similar use as a mountain path shall report thereon to the head of the relevant forest agency, etc., and a person who intends to temporarily use a mountainous district for installing auxiliary facilities or piling up goods shall report thereon to the head of the relevant forest agency, etc.;
