Punishment of the crime

On August 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court, and on August 31, 2013, the judgment became final and conclusive on August 31, 2013.

1. On March 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) while playing in the house of the victim D (the victim D) of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) 101-dong 107, and talked with the victim, the Defendant stolen the victim’s driver’s license with one copy of the victim’s driver’s license, which was in the internal cremation room using the gap where the victim’s attention was neglected.

2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On March 13, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining D’s consent from the first floor of the department store underground, entered “D, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 101 C Apartment-gu, 107,” in the customer basic information column for the application form for membership of the card member, and signed D’s name in the applicant column.

As a result, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising authority, forged one copy of the application for membership of a cards in the name of D, which is a private document concerning rights and duties, and issued it to the card company's employee with no knowledge of forgery around that time.

B. On March 29, 2013, the Defendant signed “D,” “D,” without obtaining D’s consent from the location of the Industrial Bank located in the Busan Busan Busan District Office, Samsan-dong, Incheon, and signed “D” in the customer’s basic information column of the site for banking transaction application form.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of application for bank transaction in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations without authority, and at that time delivered a false statement to an employee of the above bank who was unaware of the forged fact.

C. On April 24, 2013, the Defendant entered “D, D, and Incheon Bupyeong-gu C Building 101, 107” in the customer information column for the application for the entry of the post office passbook without obtaining D’s consent from the post offices located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Busan.
