BS Project participant enterprises shall purchase voucher, use research equipment of the supervising agency in accordance with the purpose of BS project, such as research, development, testing, analysis, reliability analysis, and pay the participating enterprise the final user fee for the completion of the use of the research equipment of the supervising agency, and if the participating enterprise deposits 25-50% of the purchase price of the voucher in the enterprise charge, the government subsidy may be paid up to 50 million won per year.

The major institution shall receive an application for reservation for the use of equipment from a participant enterprise through the comprehensive management system for BS projects (BD) for research and development purposes.
