1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 33,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 7, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiff is a company running advertising agency business, and the defendant is a company running restaurant franchise business.

B. Around June 2016, the Defendant entered into the instant agreement on the support of the drama production (hereinafter “instant support agreement”) with Nonparty F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”), a producer of the Plaintiff and CD (hereinafter “E”). The main contents of the instant support agreement are as follows.

The purpose of Article 1 is to clarify the necessary rights and obligations between the parties when the original defendant and the non-party company faithfully perform the terms and conditions of this contract in accordance with the defendant's production support and the plaintiff's production support by proxy and the non-party company's production of the instant drama.

Article 2 (Opening of Production Support) Broadcasting Period: G-H (120 copies): The production support company from T-H (20: 7:0:00 p.m. to T-H (20:0 a.m. to 8:0 a.m.): Defendant Broadcasting company/producer: the production support company of the Plaintiff: KRW 100 million (in addition: hereinafter the same shall apply) indirect advertising costs: 200 million (the role and responsibility of the Plaintiff).

3. The Plaintiff, on behalf of the Defendant, has subscribed for and executed an indirect advertisement to “C”’s media rap “(State)J” (hereinafter “J”).

Article 7 (Conditions for Payment of Production Subsidies and Product Commercials) The defendant shall pay 100 million won of the total production subsidy to the following three times:
