1. Defendant B Co., Ltd.: (a) with respect to KRW 1,8260,00 and KRW 4,565,00 among the Plaintiff, from October 1, 2016 to KRW 4,565.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the producer of the 50-F d'Mama Special Planning D'G (hereinafter “the instant D') broadcasted from D's to E's 50-day.

B. On August 26, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into an indirect advertisement (PL) that exposes Defendant B’s brand and products from Defendant C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) that manufactures and sells medical devices on behalf of Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) and Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”), as follows, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement with the Raccccencen that allows the Plaintiff to pay the manufacturing subsidy to the instant Racen (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

Article 3 [Summary of Production Support and Sponsoring]

2. Broadcasting period: From D. to E. date (total of 50 copies);

6. Supporter: Defendant B.

7. Manufacturing company: The plaintiff.

8. Agency: Defendant C.

9. Indirect commercials: 10. Production subsidies of the Korea Broadcast Advertising Corporation: Total of 73 million won (excluding value-added tax): 11. Product placement costs: Total of 187 million won (excluding value-added tax); 12. Terms and conditions of the contract;

A. Manufacturing support 2 caption (st caption) - Total 50 times;

B. Establishment of occupation group - Vocational exposure to burials (indirectly exposed to 11 weeks), among the extreme H (I) vocational group;

C. Article 4 3 Epid 3 times (Functional Incentives for Products - Subsequent Consultation and Preparation by Agreement annexed thereto).

1. For the purpose of production support and product placement, Defendant B is obligated to pay a total of KRW 260 million (excluding value added tax) in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of this Agreement for the promotion of production support and product placement.

2.The details of the sponsors under paragraph (1) of this Article shall be as follows:

(1) Product production subsidy of KRW 73 million (excluding value-added tax); (2) Product production subsidy of KRW 187 million (excluding value-added tax); (3) the due date for payment of the product placement subsidy of KRW 57 million (excluding value-added tax); and (4) product production subsidy of KRW 36.5 million (in the end of January 2017, 2017) at KRW 36.5 million (in the case of a contract payment)
