A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Around March 31, 2013, the Defendant found that the victim D (the 44 years of age) was prone in front of the C building 102 at the Namyang-si, Namyang-si, at around 08:25, and confirmed that there was no person around the 44 years of age, the Defendant forced the victim to commit indecent act by force by force on the part of the victim, who was suffering from the victim's chest due to both descendants following the victim, etc., and who did not defend the victim.

A.
