Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A and B’s joint crimes are to partially acquire and operate the shares of “H” in the similarity of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gtel 305, 602 and 405, which are operated by F. Defendant B is to bear the cost of acquiring shares, Defendant A is to take charge of the operation of the said establishment, and Defendant A is to take charge of the operation of the said establishment, and the actual owner of the said establishment, along with I and J, who takes over the remaining shares of the said establishment from F and F.

A. On January 25, 2016, the Defendants paid KRW 80,000 from K, a male grandchild, and caused L, a female employee, to do a similar act, such as causing a man’s sexual flag to shaken the situation.

B. On February 1, 2016, the Defendants paid KRW 80,000 from K, which is male grandchildren, and caused L, which is female employees, to do a similar act, such as causing a man’s sexual flag to scam and shaking the situation.

On February 1, 2016, the Defendants received KRW 80,00 from N, a male grandchild, and caused N, a female employee, to do the act of similarity, such as causing a string of the sex of the said male grandchild, and causing him/her to do any other similar act.

On February 26, 2016, at around 16:00, Defendants received KRW 305,00 from N, male grandchildren, and had P, a female employee, do the act of similarity, such as causing a trace of the sexual flag of the above male grandchildren, etc.

E. On February 26, 2016, the Defendants paid KRW 80,000 from Q, a male son, and caused R, a female employee, to engage in similar acts, such as causing a man’s sexual flag to shaken the situation.

As such, the Defendants conspired with the Defendants to act as a broker for sexual traffic, etc. for the business from the first time to the second time of December 2015 to the first time of April 2016.
