Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who worked for the head of the office in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Itel 421, 1029, 1031, 1118, 1126, and 1425, operated by H, at a sexual traffic establishment.
From March 2, 2017 to May 16, 2017, the Defendant, along with H, controlled the operation of the online site advertisements, such as K and L, and website advertisements, employment of employees, reservations, and reception management, etc., including “K”, “L,” and the Defendant shared the role of taking charge of pre-contracts, guidance, cleaning, etc., and ordered female employees, such as B and C, who were employed in advance, to engage in a similar act that may stimulate the sexual organ of purchase by hand and knife, thereby engaging in sexual traffic in collusion with H and engaging in business activities, such as arranging sexual traffic.
2. Defendant B
A. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant, at around 1029, engaged in sexual traffic by receiving KRW 80,000 of the price for sexual traffic from the south of his/her name and influence from his/her sexual purchase, and engaging in sexual intercourse that stimulates the sexual organ of the south of his/her sexual purchase.
B. On May 16, 2017, the Defendant engaged in sexual traffic by receiving KRW 80,000 won from his/her name and influences from his/her trade-related business establishment 1029, which is listed in paragraph (1) around May 16, 2017, and by engaging in sexual intercourse that stimulates the sexual organ of his/her gender purchase with his/her fingers
3. Defendant C
A. On May 15, 2017, the Defendant engaged in commercial sex acts by receiving KRW 80,000 won from his/her name and influences from his/her trade-related business establishments, which are listed in paragraph (1) around May 15, 2017, and by doing a similar act that stimulates the sexual organ of the male sex purchase with his/her hand and with his/her wound.
B. On May 16, 2017, the Defendant engaged in sexual traffic by receiving KRW 1.40,000 won from Ma, who is a sex purchaser, from 1031,00,000, and by committing acts of interference that stimulates the sexual organ of M with his/her hand and her hand, as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article.
